Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the rules for using Nivrin, operated by MeowRex Ltd. ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using Nivrin, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension, termination of access, legal action, and loss of any fees paid without refund.

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not, directly or indirectly:

  • Use the Services for any illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Upload, generate, or distribute content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or engage in activities intended to disrupt, damage, or impair the Services or networks connected to them.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or any restricted areas.
  • Use automated tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers) to access the Services without prior written consent.
  • Reverse engineer, replicate, modify, or misuse any part of the Services or generated content.
  • Harass, threaten, defame, abuse, or harm other users, employees, or third parties.

2. Content Standards

All content you upload, submit, or generate must comply with the following:

  • No content that infringes on patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, or proprietary rights.
  • No obscene, pornographic, violent, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
  • No promotion of illegal activities, terrorism, self-harm, or hate speech.
  • No harassment, discrimination, threats, or abusive behavior toward any individual or group.
  • No misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent information intended to harm or manipulate others.

3. Fair Use Limits

You must use Nivrin in a fair, reasonable, and non-abusive manner. Excessive use that degrades performance, abuses system resources, or negatively impacts other users may result in suspension, throttling, or additional fees.

4. Enforcement and Remedies

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to immediately suspend, terminate, restrict access, remove content, or pursue legal remedies without notice if you violate this Policy or act in a manner we deem harmful or abusive.

  • No obligation to refund any prepaid amounts if terminated for cause.
  • We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities and disclose information if legally required.
  • We reserve all rights not expressly granted herein.

6. Changes to This Policy
