DMCA Policy

MeowRex Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us") respects intellectual property rights and expects users of Nivrin ("Services") to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and related laws.

1. Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that material on our Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice including:

  • Your full legal name and physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is allegedly infringing, including its location (URL or detailed description).
  • Your contact information (email address, physical address, and phone number).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We may notify the user who posted the material at issue.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed and its original location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error or misidentification.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sofia, Bulgaria, and your acceptance of service of process from the original complainant.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringers

We have a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

5. Important Notice

Please be aware that knowingly misrepresenting material as infringing, or knowingly submitting a false counter-notification, may subject you to liability for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
